The Initiative for Effective Healthcare is a project involving economists, physicians, lawyers, and other experts who aim to increase the efficiency of Czech healthcare. Their analyses and recommendations are based on scientific knowledge and verified data. The website serves as the main platform for disseminating this information and engaging both professional and lay audiences in discussions and activities related to optimizing the healthcare system. We joined the initiative at a stage when they needed to create a high-quality web design that reflects their qualities and is based on a new branding strategy.

Problem
Guys from +IEZ asked us to help them improve communication with their users. The website should have a simple and clear layout that allows users easy access to main sections, intuitive navigation for quick transitions between different parts of the website, and integration of their newly designed branding that reflects the nature of the entire project.

Challenge
I had to deal with a larger amount of CMS content so that everything was clear and intuitive. The biggest challenge for me was implementing web design into Webflow, which I hadn't worked with in the past. I was getting acquainted with a lot of new things that gave me a new perspective on how to approach web design so that the design was responsive and easily implementable from a developer's standpoint, and above all, functional.

Solution
I worked on everything alone under the supervision of my experienced colleague from Applifting. We created the MVP prototype in Figma. We helped design the architecture of the entire system at a high level and completed the staffing and roadmap with reasonable and realistic goals and milestones. Over four months, we also built responsive design and a functional website via Webflow.
